Patriot Print Fulfillment specializes in high volume and wholesale digital wide-format print production. Our expertise lies in utilizing advanced technology to deliver exceptional quality prints. Certainly! Our facility is equipped with cutting-edge tools including two Digitech Trufire LT/X2 flatbed printers, a Vanguard high-speed 3 meter Roll 2 Roll printer, a HP r1000+ hybrid latex printer, two Colex CNC router/cutters, and a Kala 64" laminator, among others.

We offer a wide range of printing services, including digital wide-format printing for various products. Our services extend beyond printing to include sourcing and fulfillment. All our products are available for viewing and purchase on our website.

Our facility is located at 106 A.E. Petsche Ct Suite 120, Arlington, TX 76012. We welcome visits from clients who wish to discuss their printing needs in person.

We use Onyx’s Pantone Library to provide Pantone colors. While we strive for accuracy, we do not match other color systems like Matthews or Sherwin Williams exactly. True color matching services or color matching charts are available upon request, subject to additional pricing.

Some of our products have a minimum cost threshold. Once this threshold is exceeded, the price begins to vary as indicated in our price calculator. This ensures fair pricing for both small and large orders.

As we launch our site, the standard turnaround will be same-next business day for most products. Rigid products requiring routing or premium items like acrylic will have a 1-3 business day turnaround. For specific estimates, we encourage customers to contact us.

We offer white ink printing on acrylic, and though it's not listed on our website, we can accommodate white ink on other materials like black ultraboard or black PVC upon request.

Order Process

To find a product, you can either use the search bar or browse through our navigation menu and product categories. This makes it easy to locate exactly what you're looking for.

If you can't find a specific product on our website, please contact us. Although the website showcases industry-standard products and services we run regularly, we can often help produce items not listed.

If a product has multiple material options, there will be a dropdown menu for selection. If it's a singular material product, the option will either be pre-selected or the only one available, as indicated in the product name or description.

For products with multiple thicknesses, you'll find a dropdown menu to select the desired thickness. Otherwise, the thickness should be clearly stated in the product description.

Some products come in standard sizes to expedite the ordering process or offer size recommendations. For custom sizes, you'll find an option to enter dimensions. Most products also allow you to toggle between feet and inches as the unit of measurement.

For products that can be laminated, options like gloss or matte are typically available via a dropdown menu. However, lamination is generally only applicable to self-adhesive vinyls.

Contour Cut allows for custom cutting on many products. It requires a die line in the PDF art file. For more details, please refer to our graphics guidelines.

We aim for precision in sizes. For routed or cut items, we expect exact sizing. Banners might vary slightly due to hemming, and ACM products may be up to 1/8th inch short due to routing and material constraints.

After selecting your options, the next step is to upload artwork. Please follow the guidelines next to the upload form. Orders with missing or unacceptable artwork will be put on hold, potentially causing production delays.

Changes are generally not accepted post-order. However, if the order hasn't entered pre-press, we might consider them. Changes requested after the order process starts may incur a fee or you might need to cover material costs if production has begun.

Do not include bleeds in your files. Ensure your files are full size and ratio to the job. Files with bleed may have the bleed printed, leading to potential reprint costs.

Design Guidelines

Use a 'CutContour' spot color and 'Crease' spot color in your design. 1pt Stroke and do not convert stroke to outlines. Ensure that the file is in PDF format.

For white ink, use the 'Spot1' spot color with overprint. Only PDF file format is acceptable for this.

We prefer art sizes to be 100-300ppi, full size. Please do not include bleeds or crop marks as they may end up being printed on the artwork.

Our current file size limit is 150mb. For larger files, submit them via WeTransfer or Dropbox after contacting us for instructions. For very large banners, file resolution can be as low as 60ppi.

We accept PDF, JPEG, and TIFF file formats.

We are not responsible for errors in spelling, information, or artwork complexities. If possible, we'll reach out about obvious errors, but reprints due to these issues will be at your expense.

If you find an error and need to re-upload, contact us immediately. You may still be liable for costs of any production already completed.

Files without a color profile are assigned US Web Coated (SWOP) v2 before RIP. Files with ICC profiles should maintain those profiles. sRGB and US Web Coated SWOP v2 are preferred.

Premade templates are available for listed sizes. Contact us for templates not listed, and we will provide them if available.

Do not include any marks in your files as they may alter the artwork size and be printed on the final product, leading to potential reprint costs.

Ensure text is legible and appropriately sized. Avoid using small fonts or overly complex fonts that may not print clearly. For PDF or Vector formats, make sure you convert your fonts to outlines.

For complex graphics and transparencies, it’s best to rasterize them to avoid printing issues. However, maintain the highest resolution possible to ensure quality.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We offer several shipping options to suit your needs and budget. You can view and select these options during the checkout process. Our rates are currently flat rate based on boxes up to 45lbs and shipping zone. We use FedEx as our main provider.

Our standard turnaround time for shipping is typically same-next business day for most products. Products requiring additional processing, like rigid products, may take 1-3 business days. We strive to meet these timelines consistently.

Yes, once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status of your order on the carrier's website.

While we ensure timely dispatch from our end, transit delays can occur due to factors beyond our control. If your order is delayed, please contact the carrier for the most current information. We're also here to assist with any concerns.

Currently, our primary focus is on domestic shipping within the United States. However, if you require international shipping, please contact us to discuss potential options and arrangements.

Our products are packaged with great care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use sturdy, protective packaging materials suited to the type and size of the product.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether through a replacement or another solution.

Yes, we offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. These options can be selected during the checkout process.

If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can update the address.

Yes, local pickup is available for customers near our Arlington, TX location. You can select this option at checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

Yes, we offer multiple address shipping. You can split orders into multiple shipments from the checkout screen.

Currently, blind shipping is not fully integrated. All orders will be shipped without Patriot branding information. The label will still have our address unless you specify blind shipping on the checkout process. Eventually, all orders will be blind ship and will be based on the address of your choice. We do not place any documents or Patriot branding on or in the shipments.

Installation & Care

To ensure longevity, it's important to follow care instructions, these instructions are found in the manufacture's material data sheets. We can provide them upon request.

For custom orders, please contact us with your specifications and requirements. We’ll work with you to provide a quote and discuss the project details.

Since we print for trade partners we generally cannot share our completed projects. We would love the opportunity, if you're willing to let us post it, with or without your information at your request, we may do so at one of our social media accounts found in the footer of the website.

Returns & Refunds

We have a clear policy for returns, exchanges, and refunds, detailed on our website. If you have issues with your order, please review this policy to understand the steps involved.

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us immediately. We will guide you through the process of reporting the issue and finding a resolution.

Reseller & Broker Info

All of our customers are verified to be trade partners and resellers. We do not have affiliate, reseller, or broker discounts. At some point, with enough requests, we may implement a rewards system.
