Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 August 2026

Patriot Print Fulfillment ("we", "us", or "our") operates printsbypatriot.com, a trade-only wholesale web-to-print service (the "Service"). This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Prints by Patriot is a business-to-business service. Accounts are opened by sign shops, print brokers, agencies, and other trade customers, so most of what we hold is business contact information rather than personal consumer data. This policy applies to all of it either way.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you register an account, request a quote, place an order, or contact us, we collect:

  • Your name and job title
  • Your business name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Billing and shipping addresses
  • Account login credentials
  • Billing and payment details needed to process your orders
  • Resale or tax exemption certificates, where applicable
  • Artwork and print files you upload, including any personal information those files happen to contain
  • Order history, proofs, and correspondence with our team

Information we collect automatically. When you use the Service we record:

  • Your IP address
  • Browser type and version, device type, and operating system
  • Which pages you visit, the page that referred you, the date and time, and how long you stay
  • Diagnostic and error data

Information from cookies and similar technologies. See the Cookie Policy further down this page.

2. How We Use It

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • To process, produce, and ship your orders
  • To set up and administer your trade account, including credit terms and tax exemption status
  • To provide customer service and production support
  • To send transactional messages such as order confirmations, proofs, shipping notices, and invoices
  • To send product announcements and marketing where you have asked for them or where we are permitted to contact you as an existing business customer. You can opt out at any time.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and technical problems
  • To understand how the Service is used so we can improve it
  • To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations

3. Who We Share It With

We share personal information with:

  • Service providers who work on our behalf, including our web-to-print platform vendor, hosting and content delivery providers (Amazon Web Services), payment processors, shipping carriers, and email delivery providers. They may only use the information to perform services for us.
  • Analytics and marketing technology providers described in the Cookie Policy below, and only in line with the cookie choices you have made.
  • Professional advisers and authorities, where we are required to by law, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
  • A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.

4. How Long We Keep It

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is open, and afterwards for as long as we need them to meet our legal, tax, accounting, and reporting obligations, or to resolve disputes.

Uploaded artwork and print files are retained so we can handle reorders and investigate production issues. If you want specific files removed, email us and we will delete them unless we are required to keep them.

5. Security

The entire site is served over HTTPS, and our session and security cookies are marked Secure and HttpOnly so they cannot be read by scripts or sent over an unencrypted connection. We restrict access to customer records to the staff who need it.

That said, no method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure. While we use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You can:

  • Access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you
  • Request a copy of that information
  • Opt out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message, or by contacting us. Transactional messages about orders you have placed will continue.
  • Change your cookie choices at any time through the Cookie Preference Center
  • Close your account

If you live in Texas, or in another state with a comprehensive privacy law such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, or Virginia, you may have additional rights, including the right to confirm whether we process your personal data, to obtain a copy of it, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain kinds of profiling. You also have the right to appeal if we decline a request.

Several of these laws do not cover information collected purely in a business-to-business context, which is most of what we hold. We will honor verified requests anyway rather than argue the exemption.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@printsbypatriot.com or call (817) 581-2500. We may need to verify your identity and your authority to act for the account. We will respond within 45 days, and will tell you if we need longer.

7. Children

The Service is a wholesale trade platform and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Links to Other Sites

The Service contains links to sites we do not operate, including carrier tracking pages and our social media profiles. If you follow one of those links, that site's own privacy policy governs what happens to your information. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

9. Visitors Outside the United States

We operate in the United States and our systems and service providers are located there. If you access the Service from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top. If the changes are material, we will make that clear. Please check back periodically.

Cookie Policy

Last updated: 5 August 2026

What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They let a site recognize your browser between page loads, which is how things like staying signed in and keeping items in your cart work. Some cookies are set by us, and some are set by third-party services we use. We also use related technologies such as browser local storage, which works much the same way.

How We Ask for Your Consent

The first time you visit, a banner asks you to choose. You can Accept All, Reject All, or use Let me Choose to decide category by category. Strictly necessary cookies are always on because the site will not work without them. Analytics and Marketing cookies are entirely optional and are not loaded unless you allow them.

We store your choice in a first-party cookie named cookie_consent for 180 days, and we keep a record of it that includes a consent ID, the time you chose, the page you were on, and which categories you allowed. That record exists so we can show what you agreed to and when.

You can change your mind at any time through the Cookie Preference Center. If you withdraw consent for a category, we clear the cookies in it.

Strictly Necessary Cookies (always active)

These keep the site working. They cannot be turned off.

Analytics Cookies (optional)

We are not currently running a general website analytics package on printsbypatriot.com. If we add one, it would set cookies in this category, typically Google Analytics cookies with names beginning _ga, _gid, or _gat. Our consent tool is already set up to block and clear those unless you allow the Analytics category.

Marketing Cookies (optional)

NameSet byPurposeDuration
Apollo.io website trackerapollo.ioLoaded through Google Tag Manager when you allow Marketing cookies. Identifies the company a visitor is browsing from and records page activity so our sales team can follow up with trade accounts. Stores its own identifiers in your browser. See Apollo's privacy policy at apollo.io for details of their processing.Set by Apollo

Not currently in use. Our platform supports the following, and our consent tool is already configured to block and clear them, but they are switched off today. We are listing them so this page stays accurate if we turn them on:

  • _fbp, _fbc (Meta advertising measurement)
  • _gcl_* (Google Ads conversion measurement)
  • __kla_id (Klaviyo email marketing)

Other Technologies We Use

  • Google Tag Manager. A container that loads the tags listed above. It does not set cookies of its own, but it loads from Google's servers, so Google receives your IP address.
  • Google Consent Mode. We pass your cookie choices to Google's tags. Advertising and analytics storage stay denied until you allow them.
  • Google Fonts. Typefaces load from Google's servers. No cookies are set, but Google receives your IP address.
  • Amazon Web Services. The site, its images, and its search feature run on AWS (CloudFront, S3, and Lambda). No cookies are set, but AWS logs the IP addresses and requests needed to deliver the site.
  • Browser local storage. The site and some of the third-party tools above store small amounts of data in your browser's local storage rather than in cookies. Clearing site data in your browser removes it.

Your Choices

Use the Cookie Preference Center to review or change your choices at any time, or choose Reject All to keep only the strictly necessary cookies.

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Be aware that blocking strictly necessary cookies will break sign-in, your cart, and checkout, and some pages may not display correctly.

Changes to This Cookie Policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If we add a new tracking technology, we will add it to the tables above.
