Damages and Losses: We do our utmost to pack and box your order with care, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping. If you encounter any issues with the delivery, please contact the carrier directly. We will work with you and the carrier to replace the items in an expedited manner.
Returns & Replacements: Our goal is to provide satisfaction in every order. Please review our policies below to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements:
Damages & Defects: Any issues with an order, including damages, losses, or material defects, must be reported within 3 business days of receipt. We will work closely with you, the carrier, and the material manufacturer to replace or refund the affected items in accordance with applicable warranties.
Print Defects: In the rare event that there is a print defect, we will carefully examine the issue and determine the appropriate course of action, such as a reprint.
Artwork Issues: Please note that we will not reprint items with artwork issues resulting from customer-supplied content. This includes but is not limited to issues with overprints, missing fonts, low-resolution artwork, etc.
Refund or Replacement Actions: If eligible, refunds or replacements will be handled promptly. We strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their order and will work with you to address any concerns.
