8. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds may be issued as reward points without incurring any fee and can be used on future orders. Credit card refunds, however, will incur a 3.5% processing fee for orders canceled before production that cannot be modified. This means orders where changing the quantity, size, turnaround or material will not work to make the job correct and approved to produce. At our discretion we may apply this fee to cases such as duplicate orders, incorrect items, or duplicate line items. Refunds due to quality issues after shipping or pickup are exempt from this fee.
