Kiss-Cut Stickers (Stickers)
Kiss-Cut Stickers made for resellers. Clean shapes, rich color, and dependable production — now with a larger backer for easier peeling, handling, and added presentation value. Printed in full color on a white calendered vinyl with your choice of gloss, matte, or no laminate.
Options
- Adhesive: Permanent for long-term installs, or Removable for short-term use and easier clean-up.
- Finish: Glossy laminate, Matte laminate, or No laminate for the thinnest, most economical option.
Specifications
- Material: 3.4 mil white calendered vinyl; optional 3 mil overlaminate
- Cut: Fully kiss-cut through the vinyl layer, with an additional contour cut for the backer
- Size: Overall dimensions must include the backer
- Typical uses: product labels, giveaways, equipment labels, indoor/outdoor stickers
- Durability: Outdoor-capable; lamination recommended where sunlight, abrasion or cleaners are expected
Cut Path & Safety
- Provide two vector cut paths on their own layers: one named KissCut for the sticker face cut, and one named CutContour for the backer cut.
- Bleed: 0.125″ recommended beyond the KissCut path and 0.25" recommended beyond backer art.
- Safe area: Keep text and critical artwork at least 0.125″ inside the KissCut path.
- Very tight corners or tiny internal notches may be slightly rounded in production.
