Artwork Submission Guidelines
Formats and Resolution
- Preferred Format: PDF (required for jobs with die lines)
- Acceptable Format for Simple Jobs: JPEG (standard banners and yard signs)
- Resolution: 150-300 DPI recommended
- Color Mode: RGB or CMYK accepted; note RGB will convert to CMYK, potentially altering colors
- Color Profiles: sRGB and U.S. Web Coated (SWOP) v2 recommended if converting yourself
Die Lines
- CutContour: Full cut (except standard rectangles/squares)
- KissCut: Stickers, decals (inner cuts)
- Crease: Foldable items (fold lines)
Die lines must be specified as a 1pt Stroke Spot Color, Center-Aligned, labeled appropriately (CutContour, KissCut, Crease).
Bleeds & Margins
- Single-Sided & KissCut: 0.125” beyond die line
- Double-Sided: 0.25” beyond die line, identical size, and matching die lines per side
Double-Sided Prints
- Submit as a two-page PDF (Front as page 1, Back as page 2)
- Multiple double-sided files: Odd-numbered pages for fronts, even-numbered pages for backs
- Consistent size and die line placement mandatory
- Specify rotation clearly for special jobs (no artwork flipping by our team)
White Ink
Specify areas clearly with Spot White ink as a vector layer labeled 'Spot1'. Options include Spot White, Mask White, or Flood White.
Variable Data
Provide variable data in an organized asset folder or multipage PDF. A nominal setup fee applies.
Artwork Assistance
We offer artwork adjustment services, including die lines, bleeds, and organization, for a nominal fee.
Quick Checklist
