How to Check Your Order Status
Once you've placed an order at Prints by Patriot, you can track its progress at any time. There are two ways to check: from your account dashboard, or using the public Track Order page.
Option 1: From Your Account (Recommended)
Step 1: Go to Your Orders
Log in to your account and click Orders in the left sidebar, or click the Orders tile on your My Account dashboard.
Step 2: View Your Order List
The Orders page shows all your orders with key details at a glance:
- Order No. -- your unique order number
- Order Placed -- date and time the order was submitted
- EPD -- Estimated Production/Delivery Date
- Status -- current order status
You can filter orders by status using the dropdown (Pending, Order Processing, Shipped, In Production, etc.) or search by product name, design name, or order ID.
Use the Recent (past 6 months) and Past tabs to switch between recent and older orders.
Step 3: View Order Details
Click View Details on any order to see the full breakdown:
- Shipping and billing addresses
- Payment method and transaction details
- Shipping method and estimated delivery/pickup date
- Line items with product names, quantities, and prices
- Per-item status (e.g., "In Pre-Production")
- Price summary with subtotal, shipping, discounts, tax, and total
The Order History tab (next to Order Details) shows a timeline of status changes for your order.
Option 2: Track Order Page (No Login Required)
If you just need a quick status check, use the Track Order page -- accessible from the footer of any page on the site.
- Go to printsbypatriot.com/track_order.php or click Track Order in the website footer
- Enter your Email ID (the one you used to place the order)
- Enter your Order #
- Click Search
This is useful when you want to check on an order without logging in, or if you need to share the tracking link with someone.
Order Status Meanings
| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Pending | Order received, awaiting processing |
| Order Processing | Your order is being prepared |
| In Production | Your order is being printed |
| Ready for Pickup | Order is complete and waiting at the facility |
| Shipped | Order has been shipped -- check your email for tracking info |
| Order Completed | Delivered and closed |
| In Pre-Production | Your order is in pre-press review before printing begins |
| Approval Pending | Artwork proof needs your approval before production |
| Awaiting Artwork | You chose "Upload Artwork Later" -- artwork still needs to be submitted |
