How to Reorder a Previous Job

Need to run the same job again? Prints by Patriot makes it easy to reorder from your order history -- no need to reconfigure the product or re-upload artwork.

Step 1: Go to Your Orders

Log in and click Orders in the left sidebar of your account dashboard.

Step 2: Find the Order You Want to Reorder

Browse your order list or use the search bar to find the original order. You can search by product name, design name, or order ID.

Step 3: Click "Reorder" or "Reorder Design"

You have two reorder options:

  • Reorder (appears at the top of an order card) -- reorders the entire order with all items
  • Reorder Design (appears next to individual items) -- reorders just that specific item with its original artwork and configuration

Click whichever option fits your needs. The item(s) will be added to your cart with the same product configuration, size, material, finishing options, and artwork from the original order.

Step 4: Review and Adjust

Once the item is in your cart, you can:

  • Adjust the quantity if you need more or fewer this time
  • Edit the order if you need to change any specs
  • Continue to checkout as usual

Tips

  • Reorder Design is per-item. If the original order had multiple items and you only need one of them again, use Reorder Design on just that item.
  • Artwork carries over. Your original uploaded artwork is preserved, so you don't need to re-upload unless you want to change it.
  • Check pricing. Prices may have changed since your original order. Review the cart total before checking out.

One Click to Repeat

The reorder feature saves you from starting over on jobs you run regularly. Find the old order, click reorder, and you're back in business.
