If you're a reseller, print broker, or agency ordering on behalf of a client, blind shipping lets you deliver products directly to your customer without revealing that Prints by Patriot fulfilled the order. The package arrives looking like it came from you.

What Is Blind Shipping?

A blind shipment replaces the actual shipper's return address on the shipping label with an address you choose -- typically your own business address. Your customer receives the package with no indication of who actually printed and shipped it.

Here's how Prints by Patriot describes it:

"A blind shipment is when the consignee of a shipment is unaware of who the shipper is. The actual 'Shipper's From Address' is replaced with the 'selected Ship From Address'. As a result, the Customer is 'blind' towards who actually fulfilled the order."

Good to know: By default, Prints by Patriot does not include any branding materials, invoices, or promotional inserts inside shipments. Blind shipping specifically controls the return address on the shipping label -- that's the one thing that would otherwise identify Patriot as the shipper.

A note from the Patriot team: While we do our best to catch shipments going to what looks like a customer address and remove the return label when we notice, this isn't guaranteed. If keeping Patriot's name off the package matters for your order, always enable blind shipping at checkout and double-check the "Ship From" address. Don't leave it to chance.

How to Enable Blind Shipping

Step 1: Build Your Order

Add your products to the cart and proceed to checkout as usual.

Step 2: Go to the Shipping Step

In the checkout flow (Cart > Shipping > Payment Details), you'll set up the destination address, shipping method, and billing address.

Step 3: Check the "Blind Shipping" Box

Below the Billing Address section, you'll see a Blind Shipping checkbox with a help icon next to it. Click the checkbox to enable it.

When blind shipping is active, the return address on the package label will show your address (or whichever "Ship From" address you select) instead of Patriot's facility address.

Step 4: Complete Checkout

Continue to the Payment Details step and finish your order. The shipment will go out with your chosen return address on the label.

Who Should Use Blind Shipping?

  • Print resellers -- fulfill client orders without exposing your supplier
  • Marketing agencies -- ship directly to your client's event or office under your brand
  • Brokers and distributors -- maintain your customer relationships by keeping the fulfillment source hidden from the end recipient
