How to Use Reward Points
Prints by Patriot rewards you for being a customer. Every order earns you points, and those points can be redeemed for coupons to save on future orders.
How to View Your Reward Points
Log in and click Reward Points in the left sidebar of your account dashboard.

The Reward Points page shows:
- Points Available -- your current spendable balance
- Earned -- total points earned across all orders
- Spent -- total points redeemed for coupons
How You Earn Points
You earn reward points automatically just by using your account. For full details on how the reward points program works, see our Reward Terms page. The short version: you get points when you register and when you place orders, and you can track everything in the Transactions tab.
How to Redeem Points for a Coupon
When you've accumulated enough points, you can convert them into a coupon code:
- Go to the Reward Points page
- If you have enough points, you'll see an option to redeem them for a coupon
- Points are converted into a coupon code with a dollar value (e.g., 1500 points = $15.00 coupon)
- The coupon code, its value, and expiry date appear under the Active Coupons tab
How to Use Your Reward Coupon at Checkout
Once you have an active coupon from your reward points:
- Add items to your cart and proceed through checkout normally
- On the Cart or Payment Details step, look for a coupon code or promo code field
- Enter your reward coupon code (e.g.,
J98CA5OCC) -- you can copy it from the Active Coupons tab - Click Apply -- the discount will be subtracted from your order total
Checking Your Active Coupons
Click the Active Coupons tab on the Reward Points page to see all your available coupons. Each coupon shows:
| Column | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Coupon Code | The code to enter at checkout (with a copy button) |
| Status | Active, Used, or Expired |
| Redeem Points | How many points were spent to create this coupon |
| Discount Amount | The dollar value of the coupon (e.g., $15.00) |
| Expiry Date | When the coupon expires |
| Order Ref. | Which order the coupon was used on (if already used) |
Important Details
- Coupons are single-use -- no remaining balance carries over. Once a coupon is applied to an order, it's used up completely, even if the order total is less than the coupon value. For example, if you use a $25 coupon on a $15 order, the extra $10 is lost. Plan accordingly -- save your coupon for an order that's equal to or greater than the coupon amount.
- Points expire. Each batch of earned points has an expiry date (shown in the Transactions table). Use them before they expire.
- Coupons also expire. Once you redeem points for a coupon, the coupon has its own expiry date. Make sure to use it before then.
- One coupon per order. Typically, you can apply one coupon code per order.
- Cancelled orders. If an order is cancelled, the points earned from that order are reversed.
- Transaction history. The Transactions tab shows every point event -- earned, spent, cancelled, and expired -- so you always have a clear picture of your balance.
- Filter by type. Use the dropdown filter (All, Earned, Spent, Awaiting Credit, Expired, Cancelled) to find specific transactions.
