At PrintsByPatriot, we're always looking for ways to improve your shopping experience while also keeping things efficient on our end. That's why we’ve rolled out a new rewards points system and made some adjustments to how we handle cancellations and refunds. Here's what you need to know:

Rewards Points: Earn, Redeem, and Save

We’ve added a rewards points system to not only thank you for your loyalty but also help manage refunds and cancellations in a way that’s easier for everyone. Here’s how it works:

  • For every $1 you spend, you’ll earn 1 point.
  • 100 points = $1.00 in rewards, which can be redeemed as a coupon at checkout.
  • Points can only be redeemed for coupons to use on PrintsByPatriot.com. These coupons are a great way to save on your next order.

Important Note: When redeeming your coupon, please make sure the coupon value is equal to or less than your order total. If your coupon is more than the order, you’ll lose the difference. For example, if you use a $15 coupon on a $13 order, the leftover $2 won’t roll over to future orders. Plan your coupon usage carefully to maximize your rewards!

Cancellations: Now By Line Item

We understand mistakes happen. That’s why we’ve made it easier for you to adjust your orders without having to cancel everything. You can now cancel individual line items instead of the whole order! Here’s how:

  1. Go to My Orders.
  2. Select the Order Details of the order you need to modify.
  3. Cancel only the line item that was added by accident, leaving the rest of your order intact.

This new system keeps your order flexible without disrupting your entire purchase.

Refund Policy: Let’s Make Adjustments, Not Refunds

Refunds cost everyone time and money due to the fees involved, so we’d prefer to work with you on modifying your order rather than canceling it altogether. If you need to change things like size or quantity, reach out to us—we’ll gladly help adjust the order without the need for a refund.

However, if a refund is necessary:

  • A 3.5% fee will be applied to orders canceled before or during production. This covers the credit card processing fees we get charged every time a payment is processed and refunded.
  • This fee does not apply to orders being refunded for quality issues after they’ve shipped or been picked up.

Want to avoid the fee? You can opt to receive your refund in reward points instead of cash. There’s no fee for refunds converted into rewards, and those points can be used like a coupon on a future order.
